The pool was a welcome addition to my stay and I enjoyed a dip. The cosy room had a comfortable bed. The games room provided entertainment and was fun.

There were not many food places locally I could easily walk to from the hotel.

the staff provided assistance whenever i needed it and were consistently pleasant i also appreciated the well priced bar it was a convenient spot for a drink before heading out the beds were comfortable ensuring a restful sleep each night furthermore the location was advantageous for visiting family making my trip easier

i noticed that one of the bath panels was slightly loose it was a minor issue but worth noting for maintenance

dirty wallstraffic noise

the bathroom was really disappointing (i even saw some questionable stains). the shower barely worked, and the walls looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. plus, the noise from the traffic outside kept me awake most of the night. i definitely wouldn't pay that much again for this level of discomfort.

A Reasonable Stay

I found the reception staff friendly when I checked in. The location proved nice. It was not far from the sea front. I had a good stay here. The beds were really comfortable.

The room servicing had some issues. Milk and sugar were not always replaced. Bins were not always emptied on Thursday and Friday. The problems improved on Saturday. The service was satisfactory for the rest of my stay.

I found the staff friendly at check-in. The family room provided ample space it featured a door separating the double and single beds. The inclusion of a pool was a definite plus for a relaxing time.

The bathroom was small I observed some disrepair for example the front panel was loose I noticed drips from the taps.

The staff were super friendly and efficient, honestly. i really enjoyed having access to the pool and game tables (the ping pong was so fun!). breakfast was great. I loved the selection. the family room was spacious, so i had room to relax after a long day.

the pillows were a little too firm for my liking, but that's a minor thing.
